Koné Consulting Provides Leadership Coaching!

You don’t have to navigate emerging leadership challenges alone. Koné Consulting is excited to introduce our Leadership Coaching service - personalized, professional support for new and emerging managers in government and nonprofit organizations. Explore our new Leadership Coaching webpage.

To celebrate the launch, we’re offering 15% off our six-month coaching package for one leader—normally $5,000, now $4,250.

Designed for new and emerging managers in government and nonprofit organizations, our coaching provides neutral, practical, approachable, and professional support for real leadership challenges. With Koné Consulting, leaders receive routine virtual coaching, a personalized, goal-oriented plan, and the complementary expertise of Alicia Koné and Ariana Wood.

Whether you’re leading a team for the first time or stepping into greater responsibility, we’re here to support your path forward.
