Our view this week: Climate fires

Karin Ellis’s evening walk with her dog, Cooper, looks a lot different this week.

As you’ve likely heard, our Washington-based team is blanketed in smoke due to the climate-fires devastating the west coast. Consultant Karin Ellis’s photos were taken at Earthwork, an internationally celebrated park-as-art installation which was created by reclaiming and rehabilitating a post-industrial gravel pit. Located in South Seattle, Earthwork usually features a stunning view of iconic Mount Rainier.

Our thoughts are with our Washington, Oregon and California friends, colleagues and neighbors who are impacted, fighting or displaced by climate-fires.
