Renton: Another local contract

Koné Consulting is pleased to share that the City of Renton (WA) has chosen us to conduct a Human Services and Equity Assessment and Implementation Plan. Over the next nine months, we will lead this project to provide a picture – drawn from data and lived experience – of a broad spectrum of human service needs and access in the city and analyze gaps in services. The plan will develop a list of strategies developed by stakeholders and provide an implementation schedule for the city. We are especially excited to have Christine Moses of Buffalo Cloud Consulting as a teaming partner for this effort. Christine is a Justice, Equity, Diversity and Inclusion (JEDI) expert and she will provide subject matter expertise and facilitation for this project.

We want to applaud the City of Renton for their cutting edge approach to this work, requesting a JEDI lens for their needs assessment. We believe this important approach is the wave of the future in human services.
