St. Genevieve Orphanage Annual Fundraiser

Hello, friends. We hope you have had a wonderful holiday season so far.

It is time for our annual fundraiser for the St. Genevieve Orphanage in Côte d'Ivoire. Father Germaine has just returned from a work trip to Rome and while we're a bit behind this year, it is never too late to give the kids a special day. Below is a letter we received from Father Germaine.

To the Head of the Koné Consulting Association,

The years pass and are never the same. However, as director of the Sainte Geneviève de Katiola orphanage in Ivory Coast, I am like a father who cannot resist the requests of his children.

Christmas is fast approaching and I'm already feeling pressure to organize this year's Christmas tree just like in years past. Children's Day, Christmas whets children's appetites as they wait for gifts and festivities. I currently have 47 residents and each of them looks at me as Christmas approaches, hoping to receive a small gift to mark this important milestone in their lives.

Not having the means, I turn to your association to ask for help in order to be able to give joy to my residents at the Sainte Geneviève de Katiola orphanage in Ivory Coast.

In the hope that my request will have a favorable response to you, I send you my fraternal greetings and wish you a happy holiday season.
